As on the planet Earth, the women of Oelia outlive the males. However, on Oelia they outlive the men by 80 years. This has left quite a dilemma, since the women now outnumber the men 100,000 to 1.
Needless to say they are looking for help. You can come, visit, and stay as long as you like, as long as your a virile male. So this billboard litters the galaxies looking for....immigrants? It's a tough job but someone has got to do it....someone feed the dog for me will ya?
